About Dan Porter
Dan started his business endeavors in 1996, when he started his own construction cleanup and power-washing business. A year later in 1997, Dan got his General Contracting license and started Homestead Development, Inc., a Custom Home Building Company. From 1997 to 2009, Dan built his company around construction of Multi-Million Dollar homes. Along the way in 2005, Dan opened a Masonry division called Homestead Exteriors. In 2009, Dan got his real estate license with RE/MAX and continues to utilize his construction experience to service investors in today's market. Today, Dan Porter is a Real Estate Agent/Investor/Team Leader and Partner in RE/MAX Solutions.
